A water soluble coolant designed to be cost competitive; Thermal Sol Plus may be cut 10:1 (H20:Coolant) depending on the application and can be used in most all applications. Heat is dissipated so quickly and efficiently that temperatures are rarely elevated above 80 degress with even the hardest metals. You can actually touch the workplace - right next to the cut - while it's running.
Thermal Sol Plus is non-hazardous, and therefore, easily disposed. It has excellent anti-fungus characteristics, giving it an extended sump life. In many cases, sump life is doubled without adding additional biocide. The result is increased output, longer tool life, reduced labor costs, lower cutting fluid costs and improved profitability.
