Spatter Block

Chiseling, scraping or wire brushing to remove weld spatter are tedious, time consuming and costly operations that are now things of the past. Thanks to Spatter Block, a high performance weld spatter release, you simply wipe the spatter away. Spatter Block HT lets you do more welding and less cleaning.

    Available in three forms:

    1. Liquid
      Spatter Block HT is a High-Tech spatter release that is a clear and non-toxic water-based solution. Primarily for stainless steel, it works even under high temperature and after extensive drying.

      Spatter Block HT contains cleaning aids and is easy to remove. Due to the fact that only a small quantity is required, Spatter Block HT is economical to use.

      Spatter Block is a high performance separating agent designed for steel and non-ferrous metals that protects work piece and welding equipment from sticky weld spatter. It offers temporary corrosion protection and does not affect painted or galvanized surfaces.

      Spatter Block HT and Spatter Block are available in 500ml trigger bottles as well as 5, 20 and 208 litre plastic containers.

    2. Aerosol
      Spatter Block aerosol is available in 500ml spray cans.

    3. Gel
      Spatter Block gel is a superior release gel for welding guns and contact tips.
